Carolina Brewery in Pittsboro is a working brewpub and full production brewery. The company opened this location in 2007 as its second restaurant and brewhouse, and the beer poured at a wedding here is brewed on site. The dining room and an expansive patio give a couple two different registers to work with: indoors under a working restaurant's roofline, or outside in the open air.
Pittsboro carries part of the setting.
The Restaurant and Patio
The indoor dining room keeps its everyday character even when it's set aside for a private gathering. It keeps the character of a working restaurant: an open, unfussy room built for people to eat and drink well. The patio extends the evening outdoors without leaving the building. Couples can use one space or move between both over the course of a reception.
The Beer
Carolina Brewery brews on-site and keeps a rotating lineup of seasonal beers alongside its year-round styles, distributed across North and South Carolina. A reception here means a bar stocked with beer brewed in the same building, tended by the same team that runs it every other night of the week. The kitchen builds catering menus around the same Carolinas-inspired cooking the restaurant serves nightly.
What We Design Here
A working brewery already looks finished in its own way, and the strongest florals here work with that easy, lived-in character. We build toward the room's own materials: warm wood, exposed structure, the honest weight of a place built to be used. Low, dense arrangements suit the dining room's table height and keep sightlines open across a room that is already full of texture. On the patio, looser work reads well against open sky, and we build it to stay steady through an outdoor evening. Warm, natural color reads best against the brewery's wood and metal, and we match the scale of each piece to the room it sits in, so the flowers feel at home in the setting.
