Raleigh, from our own side of town
Our studio is on Oak Meadow Lane in Northwest Raleigh, ZIP 27612. We are a delivery-only studio. Each arrangement is made when the order comes in, the designer photographs it and sends you the picture before it leaves the studio, and one of our own drivers takes it out. Every Raleigh ZIP from 27601 through 27617 is served the same way: enter your ZIP on this page for today's cutoff and the current delivery charge.
Our own part of town comes first. Northwest Raleigh is the homes off Creedmoor Road and Edwards Mill and the offices near Crabtree Valley. Stonehenge sits off Creedmoor Road near Lake Lynn, and Country Club Hills runs along the western side of Glenwood Avenue inside the Beltline. Out toward the airport, Brier Creek mixes homes with a corporate center, and our drivers know which of those buildings send everything through a front desk.
To the north, North Hills has residential towers and offices along Six Forks Road, and the long Falls of Neuse corridor runs up to Falls River and Bedford at Falls River. North Raleigh covers the homes off Spring Forest Road and the office parks along Wake Forest Road and Capital Boulevard. Our drivers know the construction detours on Capital Boulevard and the Beltline, and which entrances to use.
Inside the Beltline the stops sit close together. Five Points, Hayes Barton, Oberlin Village, Glenwood South and Downtown Raleigh are a few minutes apart. Where a building has a security desk or a concierge, we coordinate so the arrangement reaches the right person. Southwest Raleigh takes in Hillsborough Street, Western Boulevard, NC State and the streets toward Lake Johnson.
For hospitals, UNC Health Rex on Lake Boone Trail is about twelve minutes from the studio; our drivers bring arrangements to the main lobby information desk, and staff and volunteers take them up to the room. At Rex Women's Center we work with the reception desk; rules for maternity rooms can change, so check with the ward or call us first. WakeMed Raleigh on New Bern Avenue is about fifteen minutes away, delivered to the main lobby information desk, and its women's pavilion has its own check-in. WakeMed North on Falls of Neuse Road takes flowers at the front desk. Put the patient's full name on the order; the desks can find people by name. Intensive care and neonatal intensive care units do not accept flowers, so call us if you are unsure which unit your person is on.
For services, we coordinate with the funeral directors at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home on Saint Mary's Street and East Millbrook Road, Mitchell Funeral Home at Raleigh Memorial Park on Glenwood Avenue, Renaissance Funeral Home on Six Forks Road and Montlawn Memorial Park on South Wilmington Street. The same drivers carry flowers to hotels and venues, from Renaissance Raleigh North Hills to the North Carolina Museum of Art on Blue Ridge Road.
When the driver is on the way, the recipient gets a text. If nobody answers, the arrangement goes to a covered porch, a lobby, a front desk or a neighbor, never into direct sun, with a note saying where. You get an email when it is out for delivery and another when it has been delivered.
