Oh man, this great florist came in when I was in a pinch, forgot a birthday and they managed to deliver a phenomenal gift in a short time period. I am so impressed at their customer service and it’s the first time I can say I didn’t feel ripped off, I’ve ordered flowers before and always felt the photos was borderline catfishing from the real product. Not from Hidden Door though. I can’t say enough good things and would recommend this place to everyone

Unbelievable service! I’m in the army and while I was away for training, they were able to deliver the most beautiful arrangements for both my mother and wife. My new go-to floral studio! Found Hidden Door Floral Studio through Yelp and selected based on reviews and beautiful photo samples of designs. They did not disappoint! I understand that the flowers/colors used can sometimes depend on what's in season or available, so I always wonder what the end product looked like when ordering online. It was great because they sent me a picture of how it turned out and it was spot on in design, and the flowers/colors used were just as beautiful! Everything about this studio and experience was impressive--easy ordering, accurate to design, definitely a quality designer styled product, and the customer service top notch from my experience. I live in Orange County and needed to send flowers to my aunt who lives in the South Bay area so that's why I searched for a florist closer to her; however, I'm now inclined to check out their studio and even pick up an arrangement if they don't deliver to the area--they impressed me that much! In these crazy times, it's these types of experiences that simply make my day! :)

I recently ordered flowers online for my mother. I placed the order on Sunday afternoon and by mid-day Monday she was already enjoying them. They even send a photo of the actual arrangement right before it's delivered! The flowers are beautiful. The note included is on a bi-fold card, which seems nicer and personal than the standard "card on a stick" usually included with flowers. The delivery driver was very kind and ensured she received them. Will definitely use Hidden Door in the future!
