Palermo is named for the city that inspired it - layered, sun-warmed, and quietly dramatic. We begin with a generous base of soft green hydrangeas, let pink roses rise through the center, then weave in deep burgundy alstroemerias for color and texture that surprises. Dark cascading foliage arches from the sides of Hidden Door's signature jute-wrapped glass vase and gives the whole composition a sense of movement - as if it simply grew that way. Romantic, but not soft. It has depth.
Handcrafted in our Raleigh studio. We deliver to corporate offices and hospitals throughout the area.
Palermo is a natural choice for anniversaries, romantic gestures, birthdays, and any occasion that calls for something more than the usual bouquet. Pink roses carry warmth and affection; hydrangeas bring the full, lush look of a garden in bloom; alstroemerias add lasting color and layered texture that holds beautifully over time. Together they create something that feels alive and personal - never stiff, never predictable. Flower shades may vary with seasonal availability, always keeping the palette and spirit of what you see here.

Needed same day delivery, clear instructions, and they did it. Receiver loved the bouquet and whole process took 5 minutes. Customer now for life. Thank you.

Great service. Rushed the service and took a photo of the flowers before they were delivered. The recipient texted me a photo as well and they matched! She was out and said the florist left a message for her that the flowers had been left outside. Will definitely use this company again!

I ordered this for my best friend's birthday. She was absolutely FLOORED by the bouquet and said it is the prettiest arrangement she's ever received! Additionally, she remarked how kind the delivery person was who texted her when they arrived and waited at her apartment lobby to hand-deliver it to her. Hidden Door was also fantastic in emailing me a photo of the arrangement before delivery. Thanks! I will definitely order again in the future!

The bouquet was fantastic! It really made an impact. Only problem was the delivery, ten minutes later and it would have been too late. It made it. And, it was beautiful. It’s just that the timing caused a little more anxiety than I had anticipated.

Found this florist out of the blue from another state. Online order was easy and fast. Great photos to help make a selection. Lots of options. Next day delivery happened without a hitch. Our daughter said that the arrangement was gorgeous. I would use this florist again.
