One of the best experiences with flower delivery I have ever encountered. Received a BloomSnap which allowed me to see the finished product before it was delivered. Received confirmation directly after it was delivered. When I had questions, they were answered almost immediately. Such attention to detail and customer care. Highly recommend.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this business! I live in Northern California and needed to send a bouquet to my sister-in-law in Southern California. Hidden Door Floral Studio let me know they got my order, sent me a photo of the bouquet, and delivered it on time. My sister-in-law was thrilled and the actual bouquet was prettier than the order image. It was just an exquisite bouquet.

I’ve been relying on Hidden Door Florals for my family’s birthdays for two years now. Finding this gem of a place from 2500 miles away was a gift. I wanted something unique and different that would speak to my daughter and be different from the norm of a beautiful bouquet but would not last as long as This beautiful keepsake vase to keep reusing. They have an incredible selection of flowers, arrangements and gifts and couldn’t be easier or nicer to work with. In this difficult time of Covid, I was able to speak with them directly to ensure delivery, received an email confirmation and txt that my daughter received it, along with a photo of my actual gift. Amazing service. They followed my request in calling the recipient before delivery, hence; they have adjusted the delivery schedule based on the recipient’s availability. The arrangement is beautiful and they were very communicative in updating the actual stocks so there will be no discrepancies based on the pictures shown on their site. They have this personalized service wherein they hands the arrangement personally. A very warm touch added. Overall, this is my favorite flower shop so far and I am glad finding them.
