I requested a unique arrangement for a dear friend's 65th birthday, as I couldn't celebrate with her in person. After seeing reviews and pictures of Anita's work, I knew I'd found just the right place. My friend was absolutely delighted with the beautiful arrangement and so was I when I received a photo before the delivery. These have the lovely European aesthetic missing from most standard florist shops. The gracious service and attention to detail were an added bonus.

My friends LOVED the arrangement and said that unlike other professional floral arrangements, these Rose\'s actually smelled divine as well as just looking gorgeous. They say they will use Hidden Door themselves in the future. The only negative was that the sales photo online pictured the arrangement with two ceramic birds. It was the ONLY photo to do so and I fell in love with the combination of the flowers and the birds. They did not actually come with the arrangement so I was very disappointed. But my friends never saw that picture so they had nothing to compare it with and were \"WOWED.\"

After my husband had a bouquet delivered to me from Hidden Door, I told him 'any and all future flowers from here, please!' They have such gorgeous arrangements - I'm not a 'dozen roses w babies breath' kind of girl. If I get flowers, I want them to be beautiful AND unique! This place is the best - so when my husband surprises me with a floral delivery to work, I get super duper excited because I know it'll be something extra special. And he always has nothing but great things to say about their customer service, so yay for it being a positive experience for all parties involved!

I cannot thank you guys enough for making my boyfriend’s day. I had an emergency work trip to Colombia, and I found out I was going to miss his birthday 2 days before. He’s been having a rough week, and I am so happy this was able to be done for him. We had a very bad experience with 1-800 Flowers where they didn’t deliver flowers on Valentine’s Day, and left us with no response or understanding as of why. Im sure you guys get many of these a day, but I just wanted to let you know that you made two people very happy today. We will definitely be ordering and referring you all in the future. Plus, the florist’s designs are very creative and unique!
