When the Gotliffes purchased the former Sanders-Myatt house in 2024, they saw an opportunity to combine two dreams, a wedding and event venue that could become a pillar of its community, and a platform for giving back, with ten percent of the estate’s yearly profits donated to the Autism Society of North Carolina to fund services for Johnston County families.
