The flowers from Hidden Door were exactly as pictured. One of the most frustrating aspect of ordering flowers online is that you often get nothing like what is pictured. To my surprise, Hidden Door surpassed my expectations. They even sent me a picture of the arrangement. Excellent communication. It’s nice to find a business that values customer service.
