Very simple. I needed a beautiful bouquet. Pictures that were clear, and looked like the finished product. Easy, seamless checkout and payment. Fast, easy delivery set up. Needed same day delivery, clear instructions, and they did it. Receiver loved the bouquet and whole process took 5 minutes. Customer now for life. I ordered a bouquet for my parents' 50th anniversary the morning of their big day. This was very bad planning on my part, but thank god I found Bloomnation. Their selection of flowers available for same day delivery was great. I really liked all the flower arrangements by Hidden Door Floral Studio and I chose their Palermo bouquet. It had the right mixture of autumn colours I was looking for and that special occasion feel without being overly dramatic. Anyway, I was really impressed with how easy it was to order the flowers and I even received an image of the finished arrangment before it was sent out. The flowers were delivered to my parents' home in Santa Monica by 4pm that day and they were very well received. I was told by my mother that they were beautiful and they had a lovely smell of roses. So thank you very much for saving my bacon and making me look good for my parent's anniversary. I will definitely use you again.
