WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR FLOWER DELIVERY
Same-Day Delivery — Orders placed before the cutoff time for your zone will be delivered the same day. Cutoff times vary by zone.
Next-Day Delivery — Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the following day.
Delivery Confirmation — You will receive an email notification when your order is placed, when it is out for delivery, and when it has been delivered.
Commercial vs. Residential — During checkout, please indicate whether the delivery address is a commercial or home address. This helps us plan delivery routes and ensure timely arrival.
Delivery Instructions — You may add optional delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., gate codes, preferred drop-off locations).
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation request, only the delivery fee is eligible for a refund. If there is an issue with your arrangement, please contact us immediately at (919) 623-0202 and we will do our best to make it right.
