Peonies are one of those flowers people request year-round without realizing they have a window. They're not always available — true peonies come from local farms in spring and from growers in South America and other parts of the world the rest of the year, which means availability depends entirely on what's in season and what came in that week.
When they're here, they're worth it. Full, layered blooms that fill out an arrangement the way nothing else does. They work in soft blush and cream palettes, in bold magenta and coral, and everywhere in between.
Because peony availability shifts week to week, this is one arrangement where ordering a day or two ahead makes a real difference. It gives us time to source what's freshest and build something around the best of what came in — rather than working around what's left.
