Do you deliver same-day in Raleigh?

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is $15 to most areas — Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Morrisville, Apex, and Wake Forest. Chapel Hill is $20.
What makes Hidden Door different from other Raleigh florists?
We don't work from a national catalog and we're not a wire service. Every arrangement is designed from scratch by Anita, our European-trained floral designer, using the freshest blooms available that week. Before your order leaves the studio, we photograph it and send you the photo. You see exactly what's on its way before it arrives.
Can I ask for a specific color palette?
Absolutely. At checkout you can share her favorite colors, the mood you're going for, or anything that describes the person you're sending to. That's exactly how our Designer's Choice arrangements work — you tell us who she is, we build something around that.
Do you deliver to offices and businesses?
Yes. We deliver to homes, offices, hospitals, and event venues across the Triangle. For corporate orders or standing weekly arrangements, contact us directly and we'll work out the details.
Do you design wedding and event flowers?
Yes — weddings, private events, and corporate occasions across Raleigh and the Triangle. Reach out directly to discuss your vision and we'll put together a proposal specific to your event.
What if the recipient isn't home?
We text the recipient before delivery when a mobile number is provided, so they can share placement instructions or arrange for a neighbor to receive the arrangement. If we don't hear back, the driver will leave it safely at the entrance. You receive a delivery confirmation once it's done.
Can I order a flower subscription?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — you choose the budget and start date. It's a good way to keep something beautiful in your home without thinking about it, or to send someone a standing reminder that you're thinking of them.
