Dahlias have a season, and when it's here, there's nothing quite like them. Late summer into fall is their peak — grown locally in North Carolina and sourced from farms across the country, they come in dinner-plate size and small pompon varieties, in deep burgundy, burnt orange, soft peach, white, and lavender.
Outside their peak season they're harder to source, which means availability varies. If dahlias are important to your order, it's worth reaching out first to confirm what we have before placing the order.
When they're available, dahlia arrangements have a richness to them that's hard to achieve with other flowers. The blooms are full and layered without being delicate — they last well in the vase and hold their color beautifully.
