Design & Substitution Policy
Exact flower varieties and colors cannot be guaranteed. You’re welcome to share your preferred blooms or color palette, and while some flowers may be seasonal or limited, we’ll always design an arrangement that beautifully reflects your vision and our signature Hidden Door Floral Studio style.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
We text the recipient before delivery (when a valid mobile number is provided) so they can share placement instructions or arrange for a neighbor to receive the flowers.
If we do not receive a response, our driver will leave the arrangement safely at the entrance.
You will receive a delivery confirmation once the order has been completed and may notify the recipient as well.
