Every home tells a different story at the holidays. A farmhouse mantel calls for something wild and loose — cedar and winterberry spilling over the edge. A modern entryway might want a single sculptural wreath, clean and deliberate. That’s why we don’t work from a catalog. Every piece we create is designed for your space, your taste, and the way your family actually lives during the season.
We handle everything. Wreaths for your front door. Garlands winding down your staircase. Mantel arrangements. Tablescapes for holiday dinners. Full Christmas tree styling. Exterior displays for your porch, entryway, and yard. If you’re hosting a holiday party or corporate event, we do that too — centerpieces, buffet florals, statement pieces, whatever the occasion calls for.
There’s no menu to pick from and no premade packages. Every project is quoted individually because no two homes are the same. A six-foot mantel needs a different approach than a twelve-foot one, and the garland that works on a wrought-iron railing won’t work on an oak banister. We measure, we plan, and then we build something that belongs in your home — not something that looks like it came out of a box.
HOW IT WORKS
It starts with a conversation. You reach out through the form below, and we’ll get on the phone to talk about what you’re looking for. If you have photos of your space or inspiration images from Pinterest, magazines, or a neighbor’s house you’ve always admired — send them over. That helps us understand your vision before we ever step through the door.
For larger projects or anything that needs precise measurements, we’ll schedule an in-home visit. We walk through your space together, take measurements, discuss materials and color palettes, and work out every detail. After that, you’ll get a custom quote with no surprises.
Once approved, we handle the rest. We source the materials, build everything in our studio, and schedule your installation. On the day, we arrive with everything ready — no mess, no guesswork. We set up each piece exactly where it belongs, step back with you to make sure it’s right, and leave your home looking like it belongs in a magazine. When the season is over and you’re ready to take it down, we can handle that too — we’ll remove everything carefully and leave your space exactly as it was.
FRESH EVERGREENS, REAL FRAGRANCE
We work primarily with fresh-cut evergreens — Fraser fir, cedar, magnolia, pine, eucalyptus, and whatever the season brings. There’s nothing quite like walking into your home and catching that scent of real pine and cedar. It’s the difference between a house that looks decorated and one that feels like the holidays. Fresh greens look richer, feel more luxurious, and age beautifully through the season. We select our materials for color, texture, and longevity so your home looks stunning from the first week of December through New Year’s.
If your project calls for artificial elements — maybe a large statement tree or an archway that needs to hold up for weeks — we can source those as well. Artificial materials need to be pre-ordered well in advance. Ideally we’re placing those orders by late summer at the latest. By October, availability is extremely limited. If you know you’ll want artificial pieces, reach out early.
BOOK EARLY
We start taking Christmas décor inquiries as early as January and book through the year. Ideally, you’ll want to reach out no later than late August—once fall hits, the calendar fills up fast. Booking early means you get first pick on scheduling, and it gives us time to source specialty materials without rushing.
Our service area covers Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham, Chapel Hill, and the surrounding Triangle. Same communities we deliver flowers to year-round.
We do not install exterior roofline lighting. If your project includes a lit archway, a wreath with integrated lights, or illuminated garland on a porch — absolutely, we’ll handle that.
COMMON QUESTIONS
How early should I book?
We accept Christmas décor bookings as early as January. Most clients reach out between spring and late August—by mid-October we’re typically full. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have with scheduling and sourcing specialty materials. If you’re reading this in November, still get in touch — we may have availability depending on project size.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. Some clients come to us with a Pinterest board full of ideas. Others just say “I want my house to feel like Christmas” and let us take it from there. We’ll guide you through the design process either way.
How long do fresh evergreen installations last?
With proper care, fresh evergreen décor holds up beautifully for four to six weeks. We select materials for longevity, and we’ll give you simple care tips to keep everything looking its best through the holidays.
Do you work with businesses and commercial spaces?
Yes. We design holiday installations for offices, lobbies, restaurants, and event venues across the Triangle. Commercial projects follow the same process — consultation, custom design, professional installation, and removal when the season ends.
READY TO START PLANNING?
Tell us about your project. The earlier the better — our fall calendar fills quickly and the best time to start the conversation is now.
